Characteristics

PC 1000 is polycarbonate in industrial quality. The use of this material is about the intrinsic properties of the material and not the optical, transparent properties. The material is not crystal clear, but it is translucent.

Applications

The strength, impact resistance and transparency of PC 1000 make it an ideal material for certain transparent structural applications such as sight glasses and windows.
PC 1000 machine grade polycarbonate is stress free making it ideal for close tolerance machined parts.
