Lean management collaboration with Avans

In the context of Lean management, Lakwijk has entered into a collaboration with a group of students from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Vincent van den Biggelaar, Tim van der Dussen, Thom van Hal, Brian van de Kerk and Martijn Vlasblom started working with us under the guidance of supervisor Pim Goosen. They will map and improve the internal flows of semi-finished material and (semi-)finished products. They will tap into the knowledge, experience and good ideas of the people of Lakwijk and apply the specific knowledge from their training. The aim is for them to gain practical experience and apply and develop knowledge. The goal for Lakwijk is to optimize processes and minimize (time) waste. We wish Vincent, Tim, Thom, Brian and Martijn good luck.
